Our supported living service supports our service users with disabilities to live with a purpose, independently in a safe and well nurtured environment.  

 Understanding that emotional, psychological and social wellbeing impacts relationships and decision making in all areas of our life. Management at Home From Home Support Services ensure that all our support workers receive the correct training and certification to provide professional and effective support required by our service users. Our Supported living service provides a therapeutic approach mixed with Positive Behaviour Strategies to nurture our service users to being able to live long-term independently  to reduce the need of going into full time care.

 Autism is known as a developmental disorder, characterised by difficulties with social interaction and communication. Our team of support workers at Home From Home Support Services, know the importance of assessing the specific needs of the individual with autism. Working together with our service users to help lead a well-balanced and integrated life independently. 

 Respite care offers temporary support for when a carer takes a break or needs support on a short-term basis. At Home From Home Support Services, we provide emergency long term and short term : day and night respite care. We provide a tailor made support package to meet the needs of our service users. We work jointly with families, health & social care professionals and our support staff to enable relief and peace of mind while we look after your loved ones. 

 This is a limitation on a person’s physical functions, mobility, dexterity or stamina. Each situation is very unique. At Home From Home Support Services we pride ourselves on working with you to hep accommodate your needs by providing a tailored support plan and adaptations to ensure that every service user is able to live independently without the need of going into full time care.
